Blog mistake

I made a big mistake when I laid out our website a few years ago. I put our blog at: https://lovefirst.net/books-and-media/blog/ instead of the more logical https://lovefirst.net/blog/. Changing the url is simple enough, but how would I fix all the links to all the posts, etc.? Is there a plugin I could use to speed the process? I’d hate to change all the links by hand. I know I will need redirection, as well.
