    I have an issue with the child theme on the website which doesn’t work and doesn’t accept any setting such as default colors, fonts, etc.
    I tried numerous things such as the update of all plugins, theme updates, uploading of a new child theme,s and importing theme settings after it. Also changing the version in the style CSS file and renaming theme. And still no results. I have a test site where I am doing all this.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The Performance > File Compression settings are enabled when we checked the site, which might be the reason why you are not seeing any changes. We disabled the compression temporarily. Please make sure to purge the cache and do a hard refresh before checking the page.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We are not aware of any compatibility problems related to the performance/caching plugins you are referring to.

    The RGB format is not supported unfortunately, only HEX. If you need to use RGB, then you would have to use custom CSS.

    I can’t see the transparent dropdown problem on your actual site, I’m guessing that you managed to find a solution?
