    Hi !

    Here is our problem : We have updated last week to wordpress 5.7 and since that the masonry grids do not display anymore on desktop. On smartphones, it’s ok.

    We think the problem is that our theme Enfold is too old. So we have bought the new version of enfold and tried to put the new key. but we have this message :
    “Following errors occured:
    – purchases: Your private token is invalid
    – username Your private token is invalid
    – email Your private toke is invalid
    – Purchases : A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates”

    Also, we have then tried to insert the new theme but it didn’t work.
    the error message was : “the archive cannot be installed. The theme hasn’t a style css file. ”

    Can you help us ?

    Hey Patrizia,

    You should have received theme update. The issue is related to old version of Enfold which is not compatible with your WordPress version and updating the theme would solve it.

    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please create temporary FTP and WP admin logins and post them here privately :)

    Hi,

    I have updated Enfold to the latest version however your security plugin requested email confirmation so I could not login to WP dashboard to confirm update fixed the issue you were having.

    If you are still having the issue, could you please temporarily disable your plugin or use the email I attached in private content field to create an admin user so I can confirm the email? :)
