    Hi,
    I’ve got a customer who was running your classic theme for many years. They want to fresh up the look of the site, and the 2017 demo would do it fine.
    Before I do something stupid it’d be good to know if it is possible to import base styles or something, and still keep the content? They have many products and some 40+ pages, so I’d rather not kill everything and start from scratch.

    So, is there a way to apply that style/demo? Most of the changes will be on front page and header, some pages will be merged, but most of other content should be as it is.

    Hi Damir,

    When you import a demo, it replaces the theme settings and adds new pages but it never removes old pages though the main menu would show the new pages (you’ll just need to change it to the old main menu)
    I would suggest that you setup a staging site (basically a duplicate of your live site) and test it there first before doing in the live site.
