    Hi,

    I have installed the Enfold Theme and cannot change anything in the Theme Options. Every time I get the message: “Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again”.

    What can I do to solve the problem?

    Hi KoolDD,

    Thanks for providing us with admin access.
    I tried to set the Homepage and was able to see the issue you mentioned.
    In the web console it always returns 403 forbidden which is a permission issue, please contact your hosting provider regarding this.

    Hi Nikko,
    It could be fixed by setting up a new installation of WordPress without using the Softaculous Installer in C Panel. I suppose, that it did not grant the required user privileges for the automatically generated user of the MySQL Database, which caused the 403 Forbidden error with the admin-ajax.php when changing the theme settings.
