Hi, I have some questions about how to improve the website content SEO in all pages, and I checked that for some things to make work in google (example, tags for photos) I need to add somes specific tags to elements like buttons or other tipe of elements I drag from the builder. I see that this possibility only works in some partial areas of woocommerce for instance but not for buttons or icons o or other single elements.
Is there any possibility you could solve this problem?Thanks

I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, what exactly do you need to add and where?

RikardApril 16, 2021 at 9:48 am #1294742Hi, sorry we need to add in our website, example, in our buttons, the GTA google code from analytics to create triggers. From the enfold builder I don’t see this posibility when I use the builder and I create a button (see https://www.medialog.es/en/careers/ —– button JOBS)
That makes sense?

Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure what code you want to add where though, could you try to be a bit more specific please?

April 19, 2021 at 8:24 pm #1295344Hi Rikard, basically in Analytics and other measurement tools, we don’t get any detailed information about events in our site. We can only execute soft trackings, for example what pages are visited, but nothing more precise about visitor behaviors. We would like to define data layers and dimensions. For example, click texts are not defined; it’s an empty field if we run, for example, datalayer checker. How can we define data layers in the Enfold template?
April 21, 2021 at 6:09 am #1295679Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not familiar with the type of code you want to add unfortunately, and there’s no way of adding code like that to a button element by default in the theme. That means that you will need custom code, if it’s possible to add it at all. Could you give us an example of code that you want to add, and exactly where you want to add it please? If you can’t provide us with that, then it will be difficult to help you out.

RikardApril 23, 2021 at 3:18 pm #1296359Hi, this is what we must customize in some buttons in our website
dataLayer.push({‘event’:button1-click’,’conversionValue’:25});
This is a variable from Google Tag Manager.
Is this clear to you? We should be able to add this script in a custom way to each button, so this is why is so important for us to have a field in the builder to add this.
Please let me know how can we proceed with this solutionThanks!
April 26, 2021 at 6:28 am #1296659Hi,
Thanks for the update. So this should be an attribute in the a tag in a button? If so, then which attribute should it be added to?
Customising the button element to include an extra field for your requirements would be out of scope of theme support. If you need that functionality, then please hire a freelancer to develop it for you.
Best regards,
