Mobile Menu Not Appearing For New Page Template Menu

I have used Enfold for years and in the past I had help creating alternate headers and menus to use for certain page templates. Today while I was connecting everything up I found I was unable to get the mobile menu to appear for the pages using the new page template.

I did move avia-snippet-hamburger-menu.js over to the child theme. Do i need to add something to that file to register that my page template and new menu need to use the hamburger menu as well?

File I created along for a new page template in the child theme:
NEW-template.php
Header-NEW.php
includes > helper-NEW-menu.php

I also registered the NEW menu in the function doc so I can assign any menu I create to it.
