Hi, i have new client with your Enfold theme version 4.5.7 and i want to update.
At moment on the site themes are registered with Themeforest User Name and API on the previous Web Agency that not work on the site.
In order to proceed to receive regular update about your theme i need to acquire another License on https://themeforest.net and after generate my personal token key? or there are other way to follow to pay for the regular theme update?

If you can contact the previous developers and ask them to generate a Personal Token, you should be able to update the theme as Enfold 4.5.7 supports Personal Tokens.
If that is not possible, you would need to purchase a license and generate a new token. Please see – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token for instructions.
If you purchase a license, you can register to our support forums – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have question or an issue.I hope that helps!
