    Hello,

    I activated the phone number in the header sub menu through Theme options>Header>Extra elements but it is not clickable.

    How can I make it clickable?

    you can insert to that field even html code – simplest form is:
    <a href="tel:+49228555555">0228 555555</a>
    –
    <a href="tel:Phone number with country code and without spaces">Tel whatever you like</a>
