    Hi, i know this is the pre-sale section but i need some help.
    I have a problem with the Layerslider plugin so i tried to register to the support section to post my question. I wrote my purchase code and my e-mail but i did not receive any message with link or everything. Now if i try to make a new registration it says that my purchase code has already been registered but if i try to reset the password it says my profile do not exist. Help please!

    There is no user registered with this email, maybe you used another email to register?

    You misspelled your email when registering. Please use your actual email, and the password in private to login to the support forum.
