    You can login on ThemeForest with the account you used when purchasing Enfold license and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme. Then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 :)

    If you have any other questions or issues, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)

    Hello Yigit,

    I sold the theme on 16. März 2017.
    I pay it via paypal to (Email address hidden if logged out) .
    The bill number was c66dc7ecd8dc40cebf9e36140d52e3b7
    I haven’t the account of themeforrest.
    How can I get an new one?

    the problem is that I aks envato/themeforrest for a new account, but they haven’t answered until now.
    Can you answered me the following questions:
    How long I can update my theme?
    And why I can’t download ist from “Kriesi.at”?

    Hi Martin,

    We sell our theme exclusively on Envato/ThemeForest and due to our agreement, we are not allowed to sell or distribute the theme directly. Purchase and download processes are managed by Envato/ThemeForest. We only provide support for our theme.

    You get lifetime updates. You can login on ThemeForest with account that was used when purchasing the theme and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme whenever you want :)

    Hello Yigit,

    you say: “We only provide support for our theme.”
    I think free download themes are important part of your support.
    And it looks like an business method, if you offer free updatings of your theme, but your customer can’t do it because envato/themeforrest is never reachable.
    I am be enthusiastic about your theme and I am very disappointed abhout your update-service.
    For me as customer it is only important if you give me good or bad feelings.
    Think as a customer and you will understand it.

    Hi,

    Enfold is not a free theme, Martin. It is premium one. There are still people out there who download it illegally and then come to us for support. To make sure that we are providing support to people who actually bought the theme, we only provide support to our registered users and registering is only possible with a valid purchase code you get from ThemeForest.

    As I mentioned before, we exclusively sell our theme on ThemeForest and we follow their rules and policies. Free lifetime updates is their policy.

    You do not need to go to ThemeForest to download each update, you can generate a Personal Token on your Envato account once and insert it in Enfold theme options > Theme Update to receive auto updates in WP dashboard. To be able to do that, you need to have a ThemeForest account with valid purchase :)

    I understand your frustration and really hope you can get your account issues resolved with Envato soon!
