Header settings only working on one page?

Hi.

I have been adjusting the header and menu settings to get it to look how I want.

However, the settings seem to only apply to one of the 4 pages?

I have checked all the settings and cleared the cache but for some reason it just won’t work.

Any ideas what it might be? I’m using a demo site as a base but basically changing everything, just learning about the modules from it.
