    i made the Enfold Theme Update, and the Woocommerce cart donst work good,
    The update button and Delete dont work good
    What can i do?

    Hi , i just disable the plugs and Woocomerce reinstaled too and i don´t work it…

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Updating and removing things from the cart on your site seems to be working, but not exactly as it should. There are error messages on the page after trying to alter things in the cart, please see private. I’m not sure why there is a redirect unfortunately, but changing your site URL to include www might help if you could try that out?

    Hi,
    thanks for the Help, i change the URL , include it the www in the FTP but unfortunately the Wp-admin doesn’t works to login and the Cart (Anfrageblatt) still don’t work exactly as it should.

    Just today it show this Error in the Avia Layout :

    Failed to load plugin: wpemoji from url https://werbeartikel-immobilien.de/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wpemoji/plugin.min.js

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, let’s stick to one problem at a time. Why do you need to define the home and site URL parameters in your wp-config.php file? It should not be necessary, as WordPress should be able to handle that automatically for you. I’m guessing the problem is due to those lines of code, since your site is trying to redirect to the URL you have set. Could you try removing those two lines, to see what happens then?

    Hi,
    thanks for the Help.
    I Delete the Lines and the Webseite donst work more, i dont remenber when i put this lines in the FTP .
    Maybe was for recomendation when we have the Whitescreen Problem.

    I try in the configurations in WordPress and the WordPress-Adresse (URL) but thi is Bloqued.

    how can i change that? maybe is the problem that i got whit woocommerce and with the new Entfold Theme Update

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the update. It’s very unlikely that this is a theme error, does the same thing happen if you activate a default WordPress theme for example?

    thanks for the Help, but unfortunately the Error persist when i change the Theme , for example the Twenty twenty.
    How can I know, what is the problem with Enfold Theme?

    Today Navigating in the FTP i just see the .htacces lokks like that, that is normal?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If the same thing happens when a default WordPress theme is active, then it’s not theme related. Our support is limited when it’s not a theme specific problem.

    My best guess is that your code in wp-config.php which is defining the WordPress URL is causing the problem, since the error messages seems related to that. Note that the errors are caused by the browser, which is blocking the requested traffic.

    I would suggest that you try asking for help on a WooCommerce specific help forum as well, to see if you can get further help there. If not, then I would recommend that you either hire a freelance developer who can help you out, or try starting a fresh installation on a staging site for example.
