Not an usual request :)
I bought a Theme yesterday from Envato Market that was not Kriesi.at (I know I had to be cleverer and buy directly your Themes ;)) but due that I first wanted built a Protopage with another Theme (Restaurant Website). I bought first this other Theme…
The lessons as usual on WP – the Theme started from the beginning having bugs (installation link expired)…So I decided fast and asked a refund to not waste my time and go over to buy the Kriesi.at Themes.
Now, the Envato Market locked me out, due of this refund request…
The Lock-out will take the time, till the other Theme Author will give his reply and or refund…As I can’t really wait for them to solve such an easy case…and also a ltl bit disappointed how Envato Market handles issues – I address myself directly to you by asking, if there is another way to buy your themes by avoiding Envato Market?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience you had.
Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we exclusively sell Enfold on ThemeForest/Envato, therefore, we are not allowed to directly sell or distribute themes. I know this was not the answer you wanted to receive but registering to our support forums and generating Personal Token for auto updates are also only possible when you purchase the theme through ThemeForest.
