    I cant login into my account, because it show no Username, and I have forgotten.

    Can you re-send my username?

    Some days ago I purchased Enfold from Themeforest: aa036255-4560-465d-b7ba-cd9a72741b67

    I have a problem, and wanted to start a support ticket, but without login it is difficult.

    After logging in, you can go to Enfold sub forum to start new threads whenever you have a question or an issue :)

    The problem is: I can´t log in because I have no USERNAME…..

    We can register you using your purchase code. What would you like to be your username? The one I attached in private content field below is suggested when I enter your purchase code. Is it okay for you or would you like to choose another username? :)

    I tried to registered a new account with your email and received an error that it was already registered so I reset your old account instead.
