Registering for support forum

Hi! I am working on a site that was built by someone else before I was hired on at the company I now work for. I’ve used your helpful forums to solve issues before, but I have a question regarding fixing how my header menu responds on iPads that I can’t find a solution for anywhere. As I do not have access to the account the purchased the theme originally I don’t have a purchase code to register with. I’ll attach the website below so that you can take a look and decide if you could allow me to register without the code.
