    Hi,

    Today I was made aware that our layersliders are not showing on the website. In stead a white space is showing. I am reading that this problem occurs due to the new update. However, how do I fix it? Tried to make a temporary fix, but it looks awful.

    Hi dittejoe,

    Thanks for giving us the link.
    It seems you are still using a fairly old version of the theme (Enfold 4.4.1), please backup your site and try to update it with the latest version (Enfold 4.8.1) which is compatible with WordPress 5.7.

    Hi Nikko,

    We have just updated the theme to the new version. Unfortunately nothing has changed. Also we have found that multiple other elements from Avia Layout Builder is not working, and the websites does not look very good at the moment. Please help.

    Can you try to disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance?

    Hi Nikko,

    That fixed my issues with the website – thanks! However, now my tracking for my weblead solution “Evolution360” is not working.
    How do I fix that then?

    Hi dittejoe,

    It seems to be returning error 500 for Evolution360.
    Can you try to flush out caching (either caching plugin or built-in caching)?
    Then enabled Javascript file merging and compression again.
