If I try to post on the blog, I can’t even preview it. I get the spinning wheel.
Also, I don’t understand how to get any kind of header to show on some pages.
also- when trying to make it all work, I removed all of the plugins i could.
My service provider has given up on troubleshooting with me.

We have found suppressed errors in the site coming from the wp-admin/css/colors/coffee/vl2eb.php:1 file. This file is not included in WordPress by default, so it must have been added by a plugin. Please locate the file and disable it temporarily. You could also download the latest version of WordPress and override your installation.

You should try to optimize the database to improve the site speed further.
