Hello, I posted about this a couple of months ago with still no help.
The WooCommerce site shows pictures in the carousel display. However, when you click on the item to go read the description/add to cart, the picture does NOT show to the left of the description box like it used to. So once a customer clicks on the pic, they go to info, but cannot see all the pictures of the tiem!
Your team logged into this site once for this and for the issue that reviews were still showing even though they had been disabled. Your team changed the code to “fix” this and said they were researching and would be back in touch as it was clearly a theme conflict.
Now I have had no further help. I paid for additional support. This expires in a little under a month. I need this resolved, please. Thank you.

March 25, 2021 at 5:26 am #1290288Hi,
Thanks for the login details, they are working now. I’m not sure exactly what we need to do in order to reproduce the problem you are having though, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 25, 2021 at 6:10 am #1290308Please go to home page. Scroll to a product picture. Click on it. Note how when the page with the product information opens, the picture is supposed to be displayed to the left of the product description, but instead, it disappears. There is just blank space to the left of the product description where the product picture (and any other different gallery views of it) are supposed to be.
If you click in that seemingly blank space, though, the picture appears enlarged.
We need the picture and picture gallery for products to display properly to the left of the description for better customer experience and information.
March 29, 2021 at 6:12 am #1291017Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. I can’t see that happening on my end though, please see screenshot in private for what I see when clicking the first product on the home page. Did you try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window, to see if that works better?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 29, 2021 at 5:29 pm #1291124Yes, we have tried on multiple browsers and in incognito mode. The problem occurs for us and users have reported the issue.
I just tried again on Firefox and Chrome, private browsers, and the problem still persists.
April 1, 2021 at 9:07 am #1291716Hi,
I can see the problem when not logged in, it works as expected when logged in.
I tried reproducing the problem on a test installation, but I’m not able to: http://wpexpert.se/enfold/product/test-product/Please try to disable all plugins to see what happens then.
Best regards,
Rikard -
