I’m having a problem with a background image I inserted in a color section on the Home page of a site. It looks fine on a desktop, but is getting cropped horribly on smartphones and tablets.
It is a photo of two people. Although I have indicated “Top Center” for the Background Image Position, it is appearing as if I chose bottom center on phones and tablets and cutting both of the people off at their necks. I’ve tried resizing the image and all kinds of other setting combinations in WordPress, but nothing seems to work. I think this is an error. If the image appeared in the Top Center position as chosen, it should look fine.
Here is the page:
I have screenshots to share, but I am not sure how to attach them.

Hi theartofcom,
Thanks for giving us a screenshot.
The reason why it’s working like that is that the Background Image was set to Parallax (image moves as the user scrolls) to fix this I changed the Background Attachment from Parallax to Scroll.
Please review your site.
Best regards,
Nikko
That looks great! Thanks. I thought I tried all options, including Scroll, but I guess I did not. This can be closed.
