    Hi team,

    I am having some template issues in Safari specifically. (In Chrome the site looks fine). For some reason, my homepage CTAs (contact me and my portfolio) are both skewed to the right.

    Hi Lilija,

    Please disable your caching plugins and see if the issue gets resolved. Looks like they are lazy loaded and it does not work properly in Safari for some reason.

    Enfold version you are currently using is not compatible with your WordPress version.
    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 :)

    Hi Yigit,

    Will my site remain the same after the update? I am working on the original theme, not the child one. Although I didn’t do any changes within css directly. Just wanted to make sure ;)

    I’ve generated token, updated the theme and still the problem didn’t go away. Is there something else that needs to be done?

    Hi Lilija,

    It seems like you have some sort of server side caching. I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled both CSS and JS file merging and compression however even when clearing browser cache, I see compressed files.

    Could you please try clearing cache on your server and check if that helps?

    Hi Yigit,

    I am not sure what you’ve done but the site is not even loading on Safari anymore. It just show logo and loading circle. I checked in 2 browsers, both in incognito and mobile.

    could you please fix it asap?!

    Hi Lilija,

    Issue is cache related. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
    In the meantime, please check if your server has cache, if it does, please clear it as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks! I added following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab which would fix the issue however I still believe there is some sort of server side caching as this change has not applied yet

clear: both !important;
}

    If you are able to clear server cache, could you please do so, so we can confirm? :)

    I cleared the cache on safari, but still same issue. How come such a tiny thing could cause so much headache?!

    Hi,

    I added the code to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS field as well however still not working. I believe the cache is on your server. If you are not able to clear it manually, I think we are just going to have to wait a little bit more :)
