Hi there! I have a situation where Enfold Theme that powers our website isn’t working – I see a white screen where the site should be. I volunteer for a church, the theme was likely purchased in 2013, but the people who purchased it aren’t with our church anymore.
I asked our treasurer to go over credit card records, but if there is no purchase code – would you have a record of purchase for a purchase code on your end? Do I need to repurchase the theme again to have access to support? I don’t know what to do next, and any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you! – warmly,

We sell Enfold exclusively on ThemeForest/Envato and they manage purchase and download processes. They might be able to help you transfer the license to your account but you would probably need a copy of the license or some sort of proof of purchase.
The easiest way would be the contact the person who purchased the license for you. If that is not possible, I am afraid you would need to re-purchase a license.
