    Hello support,
    Trying to edit a page and via Avia editor and it would not load.
    So I did a quick search, disabled plugins and got critical error.
    I updated enfold via FTP and still getting critical error.
    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi yohanna16,

    I tried to login using either email address or username however I’m getting:

    Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

    or

    Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.

    However, the FTP is working properly and I could see the error_logs and made some fixes.
    Let us know if it’s working properly now on your end.

    No more critical error and pages are loading in the Avia editor.
