    When I view my website on my mobile using safari the cookie consent bar pops up on every page and every time the page is refreshed, even after clicking accept every time.

    Hey,

    I checked your website on Safari 13.1 and cookie bar works as expected on my end.

    You may have blocked all the cookies in browser settings. Please go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and make sure “Block All Cookies” is unchecked – https://imgur.com/a/2YM1Ihg :)

    Edit: It works fine on my iphone as well. Please make sure cookies are not blocked in Safari settings of your iphone as well :)
