    Hello,

    the animated numbers on our website are not working anymore. They stay at 0.
    I updated WordPress a few days ago. Maybe this has something to do with it.

    Can you tell me how I can fix that?

    Hi,

    You are getting error message from the file in private. What happens if you clear the cache from the plugin, or leave it deactivated? If that doesn’t help then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    I deactivated the plugin but the animated elements are still not working. The login details are in private.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I deactivated the Disable jQuery Migrate option under Enfold->Performance, and it started working after that. I’m not sure exactly why that is causing a problem, but it might have something to do with the Autoptimize, or Async JavaScrips plugins. If you want to experiment with it, then please try different settings in the plugins and theme, to see what works and what doesn’t. Also please make sure to update your PHP version 7.2 or higher.
