    Hello,
    on our website, after the last update, the images disappeared.
    The hosting provider also did some work in the background.
    I am not sure what happened. The images are in the media library and they are usable.
    In my efforts to solve the problem I have disabled all caching mechanisms.
    I have also checked the permissions, everything seems fine.
    But the site is still broken. Some of the images are still missing.

    Do you have any suggestions.

    Hi Andrej,

    Are you using the SG Optimiser plugin? If so then please try to turn off file compression under Enfold->Performance, to see if that helps. If not, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Hey Rikard,
    the hint you wrote worked! After disabling the image compression everything started to display correctly.
