    Dovrei aggiornare un sito ma non riesco a farlo perché il plugin Envato non si installa correttamente.
    Avete avuto problemi simili?
    Inserisco le credenziali di accesso al sito in area privata

    If you need to update the theme, then you shouldn’t need a plugin. Please refer to this first of all: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Hi, I have registered and will insert the token, but I will not be able to see the update again.

    I tried in every way, I also bought a new license and to re-register the token, but I didn’t go back to access the market (I get error 403 -? -)
    Forgive me but you are really making it difficult to use your theme, even the update becomes more and more complex.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Could you share the token which you are using with us in private? If you are getting 403 error then you need to give the token the correct permissions: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

    This is not our update process, it comes from Envato. If have any complaints about it, then please direct it to them.
