    Hi.
    I try to login to Forum for Enfold support without any luck.

    I use my username and ask for a new password. I never get any password change mail to my mailbox. Why?

    When I try use my email instead to ask for a password – I just recieve a message that this user does not exist.

    I have an issue with ENFOLD – that I can’t edit any headers and need support.

    Please help.

    I know that this is not a pre sale questions, but I don’t know where I can ask for support for my existing account unless I log in to support, which I can’t.
