    Hi. I’m having trouble with uploaded Iconfonts. They appear to work fine at first, but then will randomly disappear. To temporarily fix, I go into the Iconfont Manager, click the font file (when is already uploaded and still there) and reinstall. This fix only lasts a short time before the icons disappear again on the front end. Can you please advise on a more permanent solution? Thank you!

    Hi Victoria, I have went through and deactivated plugins one by one but this hasn’t fixed the problem.

    Hi Lee,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    The files seem to be existing but not recognized even in the backend.
    We have re-uploaded the images but kept the files in the uploads folder.
    If the issue persists again, please consider reporting this to your hosting provider as it may be an issue with the server.
