    Hi,
    I have a course page with lessons. And only in the lesson pages the footer is accross the page. I thought it is caused by the course plug-in but it isn’t. When changing to another theme the lay-out problem is gone.
    Can you help me please?

    Hi Rikard,
    I have still a problem with the footer and also the video will not play.
    I was hoping the theme update will solve the problems but it wasn’t.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The login details are working now, but the example page gives me a 404 error. Please check the link and post a working one.

    Sorry I see now the link was only working when registered as course attendee.
    See in private content the new link (2 ways to find the location) I put also an explainer video for you at this page.
    Just updated to the latest version of Enfold theme. After this my website is not working anymore. (I used my back-up to solve this problem)
    When it was possible to solve the footer problem and video problem.
    I shall make a back-up from my website first :-)

    Hi Rikard, Would you try again please?
    I have paid another person to try to solve my video play problem. To avoid you both are working at the same time I changed the pasword. I didn’t know when the other person has time to solve my video problem, he finished. He told the Enfold theme can’t work with the plug-in Learnpress.
    I have still the video play problem. :-( And my course attendees are starting impatient and like to start. And 1 am losing customers (is money).
    I am strugling with this since December 2020

    Would you try again please?
    You may do all what you like, even if it harms my website, it doesn’t matter! I have a good back-up system.
    When I updated to the latest wordpress version, the problem becomes worse. Even the insert image button at the same page didn’t work any more.

    If you can’t solve the video problem I have to buy other themes for all the websites I have to make. :-(
    I really hope you can solve my video play problem.

    As I wrote the problems become worse after the update to wordpress 5.7.
    Even the insert image button at the same page doesn’t work any more.
    You may update to the latest version of wordpress. I give you permission to do all possibilties you think you can solve the problem. Even if it harms my website.I have a good back-up.

    I really hope you can solve the problem very soon and if you can’t tell me, so I can buy another theme.

    Thanks for the update. I tried updating everything, but it hasn’t solved the problem. I tried looking for a solution as well, but I wasn’t able to find one. I don’t think we can solve this for you unfortunately.

    Can you help me with settings for accepting/not accepting cookies in the banner? I like to use not only functional cookies but also start with facebook marketing cookies. When website visiters not accept marketing cookies than not install facebook cookies, or is this not possible with enfold settings?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Facebook marketing cookies are not part of the theme unfortunately, what exactly do you need to add to the theme?

    Hi Rikard,
    In the Enfold Theme there is a part “privacy and Cookies” with a lot off settings. I don’t know how to set what makes website visitors has to accept or not to accept marketing cookies (choice). And a part I keep English language I can’t find the location to translate in another language.
    I prefer a short one. Is this possible with the Enfold Theme?

    Thanks for the clarification. Setting third party cookies only, is not possible from the theme settings unfortunately.
