    Hello!

    On my website the timelines only appear on mobile device screens, but not on PC/laptop screens.

    If you open the website on a mobile device, you can see the timeline. On a PC not.

    Can you please advice us which settings to change to make the timeline appear on all devices?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Something is creating jQuery errors on your site, but I’m not sure exactly what unfortunately. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps. If not, then please try deactivating all plugins.

    Hello!

    The “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” indeed solved the problem, thank you soooo much! So I will just keep the plugin activated forever? Or do I have to do something else in the future regarding this problem?

    Before installing the plugin, even after deactivating all plugins, the timeline still didn’t reappear.

    Could you please share .htaccess logins here privately as well? Without them we are unable to load your pages including login page :)

    Hello,
    I have updated to the newest version of Enfold Theme and the Timeline problem has been solved. So everything seems to be ok again. I deactivated the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin again.
