    Dear Support,

    The products is discount are not showing up in the shop. Can you please help me out?

    I’ll give you the wp-admin login credentials of the staging env.

    Will you please give me the fix of this issue in a reply so I can do the fix in production by myself?

    I temporarily added a sale price to one of your private products and it worked. I attached a screenshot in private content field below.

    Have you figured it out already? If not, could you please point out the product where we can see the issue? :)

    Hi Yigit,

    No that’s not what I meant. And I figured it out, a sort of, my self.

    On the frontpage you have a section called “Product Raster” “Aanbiedingen’ would not be shown only if you select the category it will be shown.

    Since I’m planning the sale products in woocommerce I want to show this products over there automaticly.

    P.S.: In the former version I used the “storefront” theme from woocommerce itself. They provided a plugin called “Homepage Control”. Instead you’re using another theme with this plugin, they provide this documentation:

    Make your theme compatible with Homepage Control

    1. Is it possible that I can use this plugin with your theme?
    2. Can you provide me the code snippets which I can place in the ‘index.php’ and the ‘functions.php’ of the child-theme?

    Hi Jan,

    I’m very sorry for the late reply. We haven’t tested the theme with the plugin in question unfortunately, but we can check for compatibility if you like. I couldn’t find the actual plugin though, do you have a link to where we can download it?

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the late reply!

    I looked into making the theme compatible with the plugin on a child theme however due to structure of our theme, it seems a bit complicated. However, Enfold already provides Advanced Layout Builder elements for WooCommerce. After activating WooCommerce, you can simply edit your page and go to Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder to add one of the elements to your page :)

    Hi Yigit,

    This doesn’t solve the issue on the first side.

    When I’m planning products in woocommerce, they’re not showing automaticly in the category “on sale”. Now I have to place the “on sale” products manually.

    Besides of sorting the products in your home page, the plugin “Homepage Control” does also echo the “on sale” products in the “on sale” section when the on sale products are planned in woocommerce.

    I have a build version of this shop with the former theme and this plugin on my local machine. If you want to I can give you this site in wp duplicator packages?
