    Hey swing126,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out the portfolio item where this is happening.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I just started having this same issue on a staging site I’m building for a client. After saving a page that uses the “catalogue” elements to build a restaurant menu, all but the top couple headings on the page disappear. I’d love to know if you found a solution to this.

edit; after reviewing several previous threads about this, I found the issue was being caused by an incorrect html tag that wasn’t closed properly. It was difficult to find, until somehow I was able to look at the page’s text editor view and access the short code to save the update. Changing the incorrect tag wasn’t saving properly (almost like it was “baked” in) while using the enfold advanced page builder. But after much trial and error I got it resolved.

    Hi,

Great, I’m glad that you found the problem. The layout builder is a bit sensitive to open markup unfortunately. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi swing126,

Sorry about that, I was replying to @chriscreative post here in your thread.

I tried logging into your site, but there is a password prompt before being able to login to WordPress. Could you share those details with us as well please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
