    Hey
    I took over a new client on enfold https://cpadevelopment.ca/

    Your current Parent Theme (Enfold) Version Number is 3.4.7

    We are having issues with the visual editor not loading so cant get it working to edit items.

    They cant find the record of who purchased the theme,

    Any ideas on next steps?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently running a very old version of Enfold, which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version.

    If your client cannot find who purchase the theme for them, I am afraid they might need to re-purchase it again to be able to update the theme and to receive full support by our team.
