Fullscreen Slider or Color Section overly only 1/3 of screen on left side

Hi,

i want to change some screens on my website.
On Fullscreen slider or color Section with a Background photo i can setup an overly.
But is it possible to configre only on 1/3 of the screen for the overlay?

You see on the left side the overlay 1/3 of the screen with Text/description and the backgroundphoto over the full screen.
how can i do the same with fullscreen slider or with a color section overlay?
