    I noticed that thee vent countdown is not longer working on my website..
    What is the problem?

    Hi Karin,

    1- Can we try de-activating all active plugins for testing purposes?

    2- I checked your header widget and it seems like displaying logo instead of header widget on mobile would be a good solution. Shall we enable logo on mobile? :)

    On both questions the answer is “yes”..
    1.Btw: what can go wrong on the site if you de-activate all plugins?
    2. If you enable logo on mobile it is not visible on desktop i i hope, because that is not what we want ( thats why i use the header widget )

    Thank you for the update.

    Unfortunately, we are not yet sure why this is not working in your installation — the events countdown works fine on our local installation. Would you mind providing access to the file server so that we could debug the issue with the events countdown? Please post the FTP details in the private field.

    Could you debug the issue with the events calendar countdown?
    Otherwise i would like to continu with the website and deactivate the temporary logins and also the ftp details..

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. We found the issue in the events_countdown.php file and edited it accordingly. The countdown is now working.
