    Hello, I contacted several developers to improve the performance of my website, but they suggested that I contact the theme developers, as the problem of the slowness of the site is due to the theme. I often read that ENFOLD is not slow, so I ask if it is possible to verify that I have not set some wrong setting. Thanks for your support

    Hey eleonorabienno,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thank you! Here are the access data
    I made some changes to my WP ROCKET plugin settings and the situation seems to have improved. My problem is generally mobile and focused on some pages of the site more than others.

    Hi eleonorabienno,

    I tried the credentials you gave however I still could not login with it.
    It seems to load decently on my end but I do find two bottleneck, first one is since several images are loaded and uncompressed, you can try to use a plugin to compress images.
    The second one is initial server response time.

    If you are using WP Rocket, try this. Arno has come up with a full guide for WP Rocket setup with Enfold. There a couple of bits on here I would have done differently but you could always check your settings against this as a good benchmark
