Hi:)
Following issue is to understand the behaviour of accordion and custom link. I have a sub sticky menu with the anchors to the accordion, but are not working as expected.
You can check the page on private link, just try clicking the links in the submenu. Do you know how to fix it?
Thanks in advance,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

DavideFebruary 6, 2021 at 7:57 pm #1278340Hi Davide,
Thank you for that.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Also, you can comment out the custom function fade_out_on_scroll in your functions.php and test without it.

DavideFebruary 8, 2021 at 5:00 pm #1278711Hi Davide,
Do you mean the plugins or the code? It can be that the Popup maker plugin is affecting the page, can you test this plugin disabled?

VictoriaFebruary 8, 2021 at 6:57 pm #1278763Hi Victoria,
I tried disabling every plugin and I also cleaned the custom php code in functions.php…still not working :(
Please I’d need to provide a solution as soon as possible, is this an Enfold bug?
Thanks in advance,

VictoriaFebruary 8, 2021 at 9:56 pm #1278841Hi Victoria!:)
Following that thread it works! But only in multiple toggles mode. In order to fix I used the multiple toogles, still, do you know a solution for the one toggle behaviour?
Thanks!!
DavideFebruary 9, 2021 at 5:59 pm #1279170Hi Davide,
I am not sure what do you mean by one toggle. Do you have it on the page somewhere?

VictoriaFebruary 9, 2021 at 7:21 pm #1279202Hi Victoria,
The accordion element in Enfold allow 2 types of behaviour:
– One Toggle mode allows just one toggle opened, so when you open the second one for example, it closes the previous one
– Multiple Toggles mode allows more toggles opened at onceIn the first case, the fix provided by Ismael in the link you shared doesn’t work properly, just in the second case. The Multiple Toggles works for me but just to know if there’s a known fix for the first case.
Thanks in advance,
DavideFebruary 13, 2021 at 5:21 pm #1280270Hi Davide,
The script just adjusts the header offset for the header size and the full-width menu, it should work regardless of the toggles that are used.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
