    Dear from several month we have problem with enfold theme we have try everything but nothing , aruba has try to help us but the theme don’t work property .

    The problem is : layout theme we can’t modify
    we can’t update enfold theme

    aruba have try to update more memory ,
    stops some plug in but the problem persist .
    please you can help us to fix the problem ?

    Hello,
    why don’t you try to update the theme via FTP?
    Then there is no PHP memory problem …

    Try it :)

    Hi Erika,

    Please follow @docperi recommendation, otherwise, can you give us a temporary admin access? so we can inspect the settings on your site.
    Just post the credentials in private content.
