    I am able to use the advanced layout builder fine but one of my users (who has WP admin rights) is not able to use it to create or edit pages. She can, however, use it to create blog posts.

    Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Hey BTaub,

    Do you have some user management plugins installed?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Ben,

    You can use the email in private, just remember to include login details in private, so that all moderators have access to them here in the thread. Also please send us the login details of the problem user account.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you try to create a new user, then delete the problem account, and assign all content to the new user, to see if that works?
