    I am hoping you could kindly assist with sharing which website our website plugin is connected to? I can’t seem to recall which website we registered the plugin to. I will put our purchase code down in the link below. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to us. When you say plugin, I’m guessing that you mean theme, correct? We don’t have any records of which purchase codes are used for which sites unfortunately, but if you follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, then you can register your site with your purchase code.
