Hello,
My website suddenly went down, after restoring it with help of old backup. GoDaddy told me to deactivate all plugins and try to activate it one by one, because something is causing disappearing images from 2 different sections.. Unfortunately it disappears after activating each plugin.
Please advise.
Please let me know how do I pay for support subscriptionJanuary 19, 2021 at 7:16 am #1273577Hi Yurasik1,
Can you point us to the 2 different sections with disappearing images? are you referring to the icons?
If it’s the icons, please try to disable Godaddy’s CDN.
And also which plugin does affect it?Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 20, 2021 at 6:01 pm #1274138Hello Nikko,
It’s not icons. That images with text and all section functionality.
Sections:
Our Services
Why Us.
Please take a look right now it is displaying all, until I activate any plugin.January 21, 2021 at 11:37 am #1274325Hi Yurasik1,
I see, this is now temporarily fixed.
I have installed and activated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and set its jQuery version to Legacy 1.12.4-wp to fix the jQuery errors which are produced by the plugins (also Enfold 4.5 is not fully compatible with WP 5.6), please update it to the latest version.
Once updates to some of the plugins are available and Enfold is upgraded to the latest version, try to deactivate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, if all is working properly then you can remove this plugin (which is a temporary solution).Best regards,
NikkoMarch 19, 2021 at 10:27 pm #1289282Hello,
I’m having problems installing your upload.
I’ve tried to install every zip file I downloaded and it is not installing. Am I missing something?March 19, 2021 at 10:27 pm #1289283Sorry, I meant update to Enfold theme
March 20, 2021 at 6:03 pm #1289362Hello,
I was able to install the update, but still experience the same problems – slow loading images on my front page.March 21, 2021 at 10:46 am #1289423Hi Yurasik1,
We’re glad that you were able to update the theme to the latest version.
Can you try to optimize and crop the images to a smaller size?
Also, there are 2 js errors that contribute to the site’s performance.Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
One is from Stylish Price List and the other one is from custom js code (you can check this in the web console using a web inspector)
Best regards,

NikkoApril 19, 2021 at 4:31 pm #1295310Hello Nikko,
Here is how I learned about this issue: Your page is not mobile-friendly.
google.com/search?q=msp+inspections+llc&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS782US782&sxsrf=ALeKk007YDkZkzlkP3p1ed5H8_bAeEttiQ%3A1618841947619&ei=W5F9YMywJYm4tAaZzbLIAQ&oq=msp&gs_lcp=Cgdnd3Mtd2l6EAEYADIECCMQJzIICAAQkQIQiwMyDgguELEDEMcBEK8BEIsDMggILhCxAxCLAzIICAAQsQMQiwMyBQgAEIsDMggIABCxAxCLAzIICAAQsQMQiwMyCAgAELEDEIsDMgsIABCxAxCDARCLAzoECAAQQzoOCC4QsQMQgwEQxwEQowI6BQgAELEDOggIABCxAxCDAToLCC4QsQMQxwEQowI6AggAOgoIABCxAxCDARBDOgcIABCxAxBDOggILhDHARCvAVCPkyJYjpgiYJmtImgAcAJ4AIAB-QGIAYgFkgEFMC4zLjGYAQCgAQGqAQdnd3Mtd2l6uAEDwAEB&sclient=gws-wiz

Please try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .responsive #top .avia-slideshow-controls a { display: none; } }
I tried to check on our demos (Enfold Construction is the nearest to your site) and it’s all responsive.

NikkoMay 3, 2021 at 10:14 pm #1298096Hello,
I added CSS code, but problem still the same:
Clickable elements too close togetherText too small to read
Please advise how to fix it, it is affecting my google rating.
May 4, 2021 at 4:47 am #1298134Hi Yurasik1,
The mobile-friendly test does not seem to point where Text too small to read and Clickable elements too close together appears on your site.
Can you try to use Google Search Console’s Mobile Usability tool in order to find out which element is causing it? please check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NC6InxSKxt0
Then tell us or give us a screenshot of the element that is causing this, then we’ll write some CSS code that should help fix it.Best regards,
NikkoMay 11, 2021 at 2:42 am #1299504Please tell me how I can find out which element is causing it? My google rating is going down. What can I do?
May 11, 2021 at 5:03 am #1299520Hi Yurasik1,
You’ll need to add your site in your Google Search Console: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/add-website-google-search-console/
Then once it’s google has crawled on your site and you can see the Text too small to read and Clickable elements too close together similar to: https://i2.wp.com/axeetech.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Fix-Text-too-small-to-read-Error-Google-Search-Console-Wordpress.jpg?ssl=1 you should be able to click on it and it will show which element is causing the issue, please give us a screenshot of it and we should be able to give you CSS code that should fix it.Best regards,
NikkoMay 11, 2021 at 2:59 pm #1299690It does not showing the element that causing it, it just shows the list files affected:

May 31, 2021 at 5:59 am #1303061Hi Yurasik1,
Thanks for providing the credentials, I have checked on it and it seems the reason for the two issues showing up is because of the “Page partially loaded” issue in which all CSS files (also other files in the CDN) are not even loading with the googlebot/crawler. Since no styles are loaded (only in the googlebot since checking the site with a mobile device clearly loads the CSS files) the main menu links would look small and too close with each other which also explains the reason why on the demo https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-construction/ the result is mobile friendly.
I think disabling the CDN the might help fix the issue, can you try to disable Godaddy’s CDN on your site? Also, I found this similar article which has some insights though unfortunately, no sure solution is offered: https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/4425254/google-searchbot-page-resources-couldn-t-be-loaded-other-error?hl=en

You’re welcome :)
And you don’t owe me anything, we’re just happy that we could help you.
The validation has already started and I could see 7/13 pages (that has issues before) have already passed and 6 of them are still pending for validation.Best regards,
NikkoJune 3, 2021 at 2:52 pm #1303775Thanks!
