Since I deleted the slider from startpage, the header behaviour changed.
Before the header height (logo and menu) was default size and shrinked on scroll down.
Now it stays on the shrinked size which normally should appear when scrolling down.When reloading the page, the header size will show up in default size for a second or less, then switches to shrinked size.
What happend and how to fix this?

concerning website is still in protected developement state and not published.Installing the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper Plugin and switching back to version to legacy 1.12.4. solved the problem for now.
