    Buenas tardes.

    Pido de su amable apoyo, ya que no puedo editar las paginas de mi web, ya que al tratar de editar el home, inicio o alguna otra pagina creada por mi me manda el siguiente mensaje:
    “Es posible que la página web en https://www.illux.com.mx/wp-admin/post.php?post=504&action=edit no funcione temporalmente o se haya trasladado de manera permanente a una nueva dirección web.”
    Realice la prueba de instalar otro tema y volver a editar las paginas y si me permitio, pero si vuelvo a activar el tema de Enfold me vuelve a bloquear el acceso.
    Es por ello pido de su ayuda.

    Hey tiendaillux,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi tiendaillux,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have checked it and for some reason, Woocommerce is the reason why it’s not working on your site, you can test this by deactivating the plugin (you can use the plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting so it’s only for single account).
    Can you try to backup your site, then update Woocommerce to the latest version?

    Hola Nikko, buenas tardes.

    Realice las acciones que me recomendaste, actualice woocommerce a la ultima versión, y presenta el mismo error.

    La prueba adicional que realice fue instalar y activar otro tema, y cuando esta con otro tema si me deja modificar las paginas. Pero cuando vuelvo a activar el tema de Enfold me las vuelve a bloquear.

    Pido por favor su amable ayuda, ya que nuestra pagina tiene mucha información sin actualizarse y requerimos tenerla al 100%

    Hola Nikko, buenas tardes.

    Realizamos la actualización de PHP 7.3, pero seguimos con los mismos problemas, no podemos editar las paginas.

    Thanks, we would like to test this further since the results are not expected.
    Also, since we would not like to disrupt your live site since the issue is only on the backend, can you try to setup a staging site for us?
    Basically, it’s just a duplicate/clone of your live site placed in a subdomain, you can follow the instructions in: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
