    Hey Ruhrteam,

Your can export the slider on your sample page under LayerSlider in the WordPress menu, then you import it to your new site, in the same place.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

The slider image is a bit tall because its aspect ratio is almost 3:2 — the current size of the image in the slider is 927×618. Make sure that the images are much more wide than they are tall, or that the image has an aspect ratio of at least 3:1 e.g. 1500x500px, 900x300px.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

We downloaded the image and use an image editor to put it in a canvas that is 1500x430px. We then created a test page and place a slider and uploaded the image back. Please check the private field for the result. Again, the aspect ratio of the image has to be at least 3:1, or that it is at least three times wider than it is tall. And since the original image is quite tall, it will not fit in the canvas that we have just created, so parts of the image have been cut off.

You could also select a different thumbnail size in the slider’ Stil > Bild- und Videogröße der Slideshow settings.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

Did you set the height of the slider? Please post the login details in the private field so that we could check the slider settings.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

We set the slide type to Responsive instead of Fullsize in the Slider Settings, and adjusted the canvas height so that it is almost the same as the background image. We also set the Slider Background Image > Size to cover.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
