Not getting answers to issues

We submitted two separate issues two days ago and have yet to receive a reply. We are in the paid support period and all kinds of other issues have been addressed by kriesi but not our. What is going on?

Same here, although I can see someone from support has logged in .
Update – Hope you got your problem got sorted.
Support has now sorted my issue and another small detail since, so I feel happy.
