I am running Enfold 4.7.6.4 on WordPress 5.6, PHP: 7.2.34. No options are saved! What I have done:
    – Installed and activated jQuery Migrate and activated old jQuery 1.12.4 Legacy
    – Deleted Enfold them folder and re-uploaded
    – Disabled all plugins
    – Checked permissions on uploads/avia folder for 755

Still no settings are saved. I get success message on “Save all changes” -> “… no problems whatsoever”. When I go back to settings the old settings are still active.

Strange thing is that I have 3 other sites on the same server with same Enfold, PHP and WP versions where saving options is no problem!

    Hey thorwilly,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Hi Rikard and thanks for your reply. Today I was trying to manually adjust the “avia” posts in the wp_options table when suddenly all the code was lost in the Enfold options panel. Seems something broke the code. I first did a backup to be safe. I lost some options but can create them again. Now I am able to save options again. It seems the avia posts in the wp_options table were messing up something? Does this sound reasonable? As I wrote I have tried everything I could think of, disabing all plugins etc, even downgrading to WordPress 5.5 and I have 2 other sites on the same server with same PHP setup that did not have this problem. So I will get back if the options are not saving again!

    Hi,

Great, I’m glad to hear that things are working again. I’m not sure what to make of the database table, but we can have a closer look at it if you should have any further problems.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
