    Hello,
I am having issues with a site where the layout has gone off and it is also now not showing some sections of the home page on the mobile format.

I have used grid rows to build the page but they no longer align with each other as before – there is now a gap between them. You can see this here:

Also the video now refuses to play or show unless clicked on – only show up as a black space (although seems to work fine on mobile)

When checking mobile I can see that some of the grid rows are not showing even though they are not ticked to hide under “advanced options”

Can you assist with these fixes please?

    Many thanks
    Kim

on further checking the font issue and the video not playing seem to be something to do with chrome. it’s working fine on mobile and on other browsers.

    Enfold version 4.7.6.4

Is this a know issue and is there a fix for it please?

    Hi Kim,

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I had a look at your layout on mobile, but I can’t see anything missing. Could you post a screenshot indicating the missing elements please?

Video; I’m using Chrome, but I can’t see any problems on desktop or mobile, the video is playing fine on both screen sizes. Could you try loading the site in an incognito browser window please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rickard,

thanks for getting back to me. I have managed to fix the issue with the mobile missing blocks and in the incognito browser the fonts and video are loading correctly. he video however now doesn’t fill the box as it used to. Can you suggest a fix for that?

It must just be an issue on my screen as my colleagues and the client can see the correct fonts and video is playing fine :/

    Many thanks

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for the update. Are you referring to the section to the right of the header which reads Take a virtual look around? If so then there is padding applied to that, please try removing that in the element options. If that is not the problem, then please try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

thanks – the padding was the issue. Sorry i missed that!

I still have issues with my desktop seeing the wrong font. i have cleared the cache many times but still no fix.
wrong font on my screen using chrome https://kinkellbyre.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/wrong-font-kinkell.png
correct font on different browser https://kinkellbyre.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/correct-font-kinkell.png

any suggestions? is it to do with the theme update?

    Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots. I almost can’t see any difference between the two screenshots though, they seem almost the same. Please note that there are small differences in how different browsers renders the same font, and I think that is what you are seeing in this case. We can’t do anything about that unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
