    I have looked through old threads for a solution to why the social media icons are not working, and no solutions offered are working. My social icons are just a square… same with the bullet points throughout the site. I just purchased the most recent theme and uploaded it, so it is not an outdated theme. Someone please help! Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any missing icons on your site, could you try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please?

    I have done all of that. In the top switch menu on the top right, are you saying that you do see the social media icons? I have this problem on all the websites I build. Through my research from many days before, it seems it may be a computer or device setting that blocks us from viewing them. Also, all bullet points show up as squares. It frustrating to my clients when they can’t see them, and I don’t know how to help them. Any ideas?
