    Hi, a customer encounters a problem to edit his pages containing the Easy Slider widget (with link in iFrame).
    Whether with Firefix or Chrome, the page loading turn around without loading the page.
    I am on a Mac and have no problem with Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
    He has a lot of pages to edit and it’s a big problem.

    Hey Jean,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    What do you mean by “with link in Iframe”? The advance layout builder is working properly when we try to edit the Accueil page.

    Hi Ismael, yes the home page is changed, it happens on other pages like for example:
    Lures -> LENTO SLOW JIG
    Lures -> TAILSPIN 14 & 21
    Lures -> DART ICE JIG
    Lures -> SKOON FAT AREA 30 – 35 – 40

    What I don’t understand is that this happens with the Easy Slider widget and not with the Easy Slider fullwidth widget et and just with PC not with Mac.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Why do you add the whole iframe tag in the video field? It works fine when we remove the iframe tag from the Content > Select Slide Content > Choose Video field and use the actual Youtube URL instead. (see private field)

    Hi, I know, my client is doing this. The problem is in fact that he can no longer open these pages to modify them on his PC.
    I can on my Mac but he cannot.
    Do you have the same problem on PC?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    We enabled the debug mode for the builder, so you could manually edit the shortodes in those pages and manually replace the iframe with the Youtube URL. When the debug mode is enabled, you will find a shortcode editor just below the actual builder. Just look for the iframe tag or the element where it was added, replace it with the actual Youtube URL, then update the page. This should make the pages editable again.
